Why we built Best Guest
Every accommodation provider in Europe has to report foreign guests to the relevant local authority, keep a guest register, and calculate local accommodation tax — the specific rules differ by country, and the penalties for getting them wrong can be significant. Doing this by hand, per country, from check-in messages and spreadsheets doesn't scale.
We built Best Guest to replace that manual work entirely: guests complete their own registration online, the platform verifies the details, and the required local reporting happens automatically in the background — with the right rules for each country.

Best Guest is a product of Hotel Analytics s.r.o., registered in Prague, Czech Republic. Hotel Analytics also builds analytics and revenue-management tools for the hospitality industry, which is where the idea for Best Guest started — as an internal tool to remove compliance busywork for the properties we already worked with.
